- Take a deep breath to sync yourself with the present. This may work most times, sometimes not. If the latter, try to accept that at that very moment suffering is the only option, you’ll survive!
- Remember that when suffering is present, healing often is.
- Try to clear your mind by:
- taking a walk
- reading a book
- calling or seeing someone you are close to
- exercising
- playing music - Just let go, you’ll be alright.
